How It Works
From first contact to final inspection, every step is designed around transparency, care and delivering a finish that exceeds expectations.
We visit your premises at a time that suits you — measure up, inspect the surface, discuss product options and recommended tints, and provide a detailed quotation with fully transparent pricing via email. Once accepted, we lock in dates that work for your schedule.
Our team arrives in non-marking shoes and masks or protects all surrounding areas before work begins. We use only high-end professional equipment and consumables, including Osmo, FinFloor, Eco Oak, Bona, Smirdex and Festool. All sanding is performed with dustless Festool vacuum systems connected directly to our sanders.
The Osmo finish is applied by hand by our Osmo-trained team using industry-specific applicators, non-abrasive pads, rollers and brushes — ensuring an even, durable finish that meets European standards and is appropriate for the surface and its use.
Once the finish has fully cured, we return at a convenient time to conduct a comprehensive quality inspection of the entire job. We also provide recommendations for an ongoing maintenance schedule, and can either supply the right products for self-care or handle maintenance for you directly.
